BAFTA has just announced that Miss Piggy from Disney’s The Muppets will be hosting the 2012 BAFTA Awards. The Awards show will take place on Feb. 12th in London.

When Miss Piggy was interviewed she had this to say about being on the BAFTA Awards.

“Imagine the likes of Clooney, Dujardin, Fassbender, Oldman and Pitt achieving the very pinnacle of their careers by getting a chance to speak with the one and only moi — Miss Piggy,” she said.”Naturally, I will be asking questions that only moi would dare to ask.”

Miss Piggy declared when speaking of George Clooney’s girlfriend, WWE female wrestler Stacey Kiebler: “I don’t wrestle girlfriends. However, if George wants to wrestle, bring it on. Best two out of three falls? Winner gets a dinner?”
Miss Piggy has challenged George Clooney to a wrestling match at the Orange British Academy Film Awards (BAFTAs) 2012.

The puppet star of TV series The Muppets is the official red carpet host of the film awards, and is looking forward to the possibility of meeting with 'The Descendants' star, who is dating wrestler Stacey Kleiber.

Miss Piggy said: "I don't wrestle girlfriends. However, if George wants to wrestle, bring it on! Best two out of three falls? Winner gets a dinner?"

She also promised that the awards could be a career highlight for a number of actors' career, not because they could win awards, but because they will get to meet her.

She added: "Imagine the likes of George Clooney, Jean Dujardin, Michael Fassbender, Gary Oldman and Brad Pitt achieving the very pinnacle of their careers by getting a chance to speak with the one and only moi - Miss Piggy!

"Naturally, I will be asking questions that only moi would dare to ask."

Miss Piggy - famed for her diva personality and glamorous outfits - also thinks there's only one person who can compete with her in the glamour stakes, Lady Gaga, and has given an insight into her daily beauty regime.

She said: "I wake up at the crack of dawn, realise it's far too early to get up, then go back to bed and sleep until mid-morning. Then first thing, I meet with my personal trainer. Not only is he a gorgeous hunk, but he does the workout for me," she revealed.

"Hey, if I'm paying, then he's sweating, not moi. After a relaxing massage and a healthy brunch, my diva-certified crew of stylists, hairdressers, make-up artists and sycophants arrives to prepare me for the day."

Step aside, everyone. This porky diva is taking over the red carpet at the BAFTA awards on Sunday, potentially interviewing celebs such as Brad Pitt and George Clooney.
With the success of The Muppets this past Thanksgiving, it’s only fitting that the world’s most self-centered pig will be on the red carpet with Hollywood’s big shots. It will be interesting to see how celebs react to the outspoken pig’s questions.
Miss Piggy’s enthusiasm has been noted in The Hollywood Reporter:
“Imagine the likes of Clooney, DuJardin, Fassbender, Oldman and Pitt achieving the very pinnacle of their careers – being interviewed by the one and only moi! Naturally I will be asking questions that only moi would dare to ask.”
